Most items are in stock and will ship within 24 to 48 hours (M-F)! We will send you an email notice the day your order ships which will include shipment tracking information.
There is no extra charge to have our products delivered to 99% of the homes and businesses in the lower 48 contiguous United States. Additional charges may be incurred and will be quoted for shipping to difficult to access addresses (e.g., islands, remote locations, travel on non-paved roads, or high security locations, etc.).
Currently, item(s) can only be shipped within the U.S. but we would be happy to quote shipping to Canada if that's where you are!
If you are unhappy with your selection for any reason, you may return new, unused item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund and/or replacement.
Of course if there is any error in the order that is a result of our fault, we will pay for the return shipping.
While we inspect each item as it is boxed and take great care ensuring there will be little, if any, shipping damage, it may happen on rare occasions. With this in mind, it's always a good idea to open all boxes within a day or so of receipt so that if there is damage we can handle a 'no hassle' replacement and have the carrier pick up the damaged merchandise. If the box is damaged or shows signs of being dropped or smashed, please take a photo of this, as it can become part of a damage claim between us and the carrier! Carriers only allow a few days for a damage claim to be filed. If you are present when a carrier delivers a package that looks damaged, please open it and refuse it if it is damaged, then contact us as soon as possible so we can initiate a replacement order.
Damage and/or missing item claims must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please keep all contents of all boxes and the packaging materials in case the carrier wants to inspect them and/or pick up the shipment.
Refunds are typically issued within three to five days of our receipt of a returned item. Your card issuer may take an additional few days before a refund shows up on your account with them.
If you need to return an item, you may login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item(s).
